Getting your truck serviced is something that needs to be kept on top of so that you can minimise the impact of an out of service truck on your business. How long will my Hino truck service take?

The first question we usually get when a business calls to book their truck in for their next service is “How long will it take to service my truck?” We understand how important it is to get your truck back on the road to keep your business moving, so our trained technicians try their best to complete the service as soon as they can. A small service is around 3 hours, and a large service about 8 hours. But if you are concerned about how long it will take at all, please don’t hesitate to ask at the time of booking.

How much will my Hino truck service cost?

Cost is always a concern when considering the maintenance of your truck. Unfortunately there is no set price for servicing your truck unless you have purchased a new Hino that comes with capped price servicing. What should be completed at my Hino truck service?

Your Hino truck will come with a service manual that will outline every item that will need to be checked or replaced at each service .If your truck no longer has this manual, Pacific Hino will be able to let you know what needs to be checked and replaced at your service with our dealership.

If you would like to service another make and model of truck with us, no problem! We service all makes and models and can accommodate service schedules to suit your business needs.

Do genuine truck parts make a difference?

Yes, genuine parts are made by the manufacturer of the truck and are made considering the full vehicle, not just the one part that is being replaced.

Should you, for some reason, have a Genuine Hino Part or Accessory fitted by anyone other than authorised Pacific Hino, we'll still give you a one year/100,000 kilometre warranty on the Part or Accessory based on whichever comes first*.

No matter where your Hino might take you, you'll also find that both these warranties are available at Pacific Hino. They're also available on every one of Hino's comprehensive range of trucks from the Hino Light and Medium Duty ranges right through to our Heavy Duty trucks and our buses.
